My first pen tablet and it seems to work fine. Getting the drivers and bundled software that came with it was an absolute nightmare. The link to get the drivers didn't work, phone support said to call back tomorrow, live chat support gave me two links, neither worked, finally emailed me with another link that allowed me to do the get drivers. Free software, in my case Corel's painting and photo software, was even worse. To get started, you need an account that you need to register your device for. It asked for the device number, found it, and then gave a cryptic error message. Back in the chat (who are very nice and probably underpay) they told me to put the serial number of the product, not the product number. If that's what you want, why not ask for it first? Of course they will email you to confirm the valid address, click on the link and then you have an account but no software yet. To get the software you have to select packages, but there is no "Download". ' button. It turns out that you need to double-click the "Choose" button, it emails you a link, you click the link, and then the "Choose" button is replaced with a "Download" button. You must do this for each package separately. I hope these details are helpful to someone else. PS - I have WIN 10, 64 bit and Chrome browser.
