I'm not a runner, but I need a way to carry my phone and have instant access to it so I can control my hearing aids from the phone app. The bandage keeps your phone safe and secure in your pocket with a velcro tab at the top to keep it from slipping out no matter where your hand is. I was pleased to find that the clear plastic case front allows the phone to be fully functional. Not only can I instantly access my hearing aid app to make adjustments, I can make or receive calls while my phone is still in my case. The only downside is that when worn over other clothing such as a shirt or t-shirt, the bandage will slide both down and around the arm. It sticks much better when worn next to the skin, which is the intended way of wearing it. But I have to carry the phone on my arm and over my clothes all the time. And so far I haven't found an efficient way to do it. I'm still experimenting with some alternatives and hopefully stumble upon a good way to do it.
