I have tried thermogenics before and this is by far the best I have ever tried. I train at 5:00 am every morning and combine heavy lifting with high-intensity training, and by the time I finish my training I'm completely wet. It definitely gives me extra energy and stamina. I have found that I continue to feel hot for up to an hour post workout and it really does suppress my appetite which I don't mind. If you don't mind the last two things, you'll love it. Great for those into cut or shreds.
