Overall the buying experience was excellent! Delivery and packaging top! The only thing that bothered me was the product itself. it leaves a wet feeling in my armpit. The cooling sensation isn't like other cooling deodorants, this one literally feels "wet" so it felt like I'd wet my shirt all day when I wasn't and it was very uncomfortable .
