Just buy a regular uncoated stainless steel tool!

If you plan to work with something that might be contaminated, don't buy it. The gilding wears away over time and sticks to the wax.

Pros

Ooze Spoon Cutter Tools are reversible, one side is spoon shaped for better grip. The other side is a precision tip for finer detail, apply less product to the tip.
