I'm 5'6, was 176 pounds at the time (I was 5 weeks post partum) so wasn't really sure of my size. I purchased the XLarge. It fit width wise, but was too short for my comfort. The fabric lining inside the dress would slowly creep up as I moved, which was made worse since it's not cut straight along the bottom, but rather with a pointy pattern that mimics the pattern on the dress. I was really disappointed with these. I wore them shortly after purchase in NY in the winter and even with them on my fingers still felt cold. Also they were a it small for my hands and my hands aren't big. While the material on the outside may have some stretch the lining on the inside does not.
