Review on Homedics Thera-P Vibrating Heated Neck & Shoulder Massager Wrap – Relieve & Revive Muscles, Black by Kristi Ratz

I took this to work. It's terribly cold in my office! I often feel tingling in my neck/shoulders sitting at my desk staring at screens all day, and a cold office only makes the problem worse. It will be pleasantly and toasty warm. I don't think you'll need it to get that much warmer. Not sure what this other reviewer was looking for? As they say, "massage" is a constant vibration. You can make it a more pulsating vibration if you like. It's not the deep Shiatsu feeling. But it's reassuring. One thing - it's pretty noisy. I mean it's right on your shoulders, under your ears, so you can definitely hear it! My work colleagues say they only hear a hum, but it sounds much louder to me. This is the reason for deducting 1 star. (My shiatsu massager at home is very quiet). I also just put it on the back of my chair at work to warm up my lower back, and also put it on my knees or on the bottom of my chair - an office warmer! My lumbar arthritis rejoices! But overall I am satisfied with the product.
