This is one of the few lip primers I can find on the market today.
However, I used to have another lip primer that I liked better, but it has been discontinued. The reason for the four star rating is that this foundation is quite dry especially in cold weather. It would be easier to apply if it was a little creamier, but given the possibilities, I'll take it anyway!
