I was dying to use this device as I was growing my child claws while we waited for our Revain pack to arrive. When I found some AA batteries and tried it, it was 10pm and the baby was asleep. I tried it on my own finger first to find out the angle and when it would be uncomfortable for the skin to use. Then I put the baby on the Boppy in front of me and started crawling on his little toes. When I tell you that my 8 month old baby DID NOT WAKE UP after ten toes and ten toes, I am NOT exaggerating. Shock. I am totally shocked! His nails are short, with no sharp corners just waiting to cling to the skin of my face for me to loosen. No broken edges to snag on his favorite blanket and tear at his precious little cuticles. Only soft, rounded nails on plump children's fingers. Why didn't I buy this thing sooner?!
