UPDATE. This tie set is still underwhelming as the design looks better in the photo than it actually is. The red tie, for example, looks like something out of my grandfather's closet, but according to the manufacturer/supplier it should be vintage. I'm not sure if I should believe this apology, but no matter what, they try their best to reassure me, so I think it should explain something. I have changed my rating to 3 stars to reflect their attempt to remedy the situation by offering a full refund if I so desire. I'm not interested in refunds because it's important to me to impress the customer the first time, so I won't do business with them again. Maybe my tastes don't match yours and you'd be impressed with their ties, so it's a bad thing if they give you a full refund if you don't like them. Of course you still have to take the time to send them back, but if you don't mind, I don't think it's a big deal.
