I bought a previous version of this soundbar from BYL and liked the sound, but had to return it because it doesn't have much on RCA and AUX inputs generated noise. After returning the old model, I bought this new unit, but it has the same problem: On the RCA or AUX source input, the unit emits a low hum with a sustained low "click" noise. I've tried multiple outlets, cables, input devices, etc., but the moment the unit is turned on and the RCA or AUX source is selected (even if nothing is plugged into that input), there is a hum. B/T and optical have no hum and sound good. But my TV only supports variable volume on RCA so I have to use that. Either BYL should let me know there is a fix (and I submitted a support ticket last week with no response) or I should return that as well. I'll delete or update this review when I get a solution, but other buyers should beware: if you want to use the RCA or AUX inputs, 2 out of 2 units I've bought make a hum when RCA or AUX inputs are selected . I updated this review because the seller contacted me about customer service, but I have already returned the devices. The unit's sound was good given the price, and the remote TV sync feature (which worked great on my Comcast remote) is very useful. I can recommend a device in this price range with the limitations mentioned above.
