Optimum size for Active Shirts & Tees

I bought 3 different training shirts, all 2x. my height is 6 feet; Areas I seem to have trouble with are adjusting the shoulder area or arm length. All 3 were rated as "true to size" by users, but in my opinion this was the only one there was. The other two were close - so it's either the same size or (in a more depressing scenario) slightly larger. :) I also like the style and the material. Ideal for running.
