It's very frustrating to set up the whole system only to find that every time I closed the lid and it hibernated after opening it, Wi-Fi wouldn't start automatically became. I spent 3 days researching and troubleshooting only to end up on the phone with a Dell tech who after 3 hours of trying couldn't solve the problem. They wanted to send a technician to replace the hard drive. I'm so glad I bought this through Revain as the rep stayed with me when they called Dell (who wanted to charge me for troubleshooting!) and agreed to get my money back quickly.
