I have a fancy Diamondcare phone but I bought my husband a cheaper baby phone because it breaks easily. He was using the standard head that came with the kit so I decided to try the compact head. I prefer compact heads and like softer bristles - better for your tooth enamel. I will continue to provide my husband with this and myself with compact heads. I also like the rubberized finish on them. Your teeth feel more protected because the hard plastic doesn't vibrate against them at 30,000rpm. This month I was accidentally sent standard Diamondcare heads. I was a bit confused and went online to check if I had ordered this and I didn't. packaging error?
