Easy to set up both locally as well as through Cloud service providers like Amazon Web Services.Easy integration with multiple other tools such as Salesforce etc.The ability to integrate this into my existing workflows is amazing! Nothing much that I dislike about this product. Yes, there are few small issues which could be addressed easily by a quick update from the developers. For example:-Inability to create sub accounts (Accounts with permissions below super user account).-Unable to select more than 100 rows using "move" option.-Ability to get metrics related to different business areas directly from reports rather than having hard lookups in table. These are some examples where we have had minor problems. However once these are resolved, this has been absolutely fantastic! We were able to streamline our reporting process greatly as it provides us all the necessary info in one place without.
