After more than 9 months with leg pain, I can finally walk without excruciating leg pain. The pain was so severe that it radiated from the toes to the calves and sometimes to the outside of the feet. Both feet! Orthopedic insoles, new shoes, gymnastics, etc. did not bring me any relief. Eventually, my chiropractic friend gave me Strasbourg socks, which I changed from foot to foot every night. I felt it helped a little but couldn't tell for sure until I wore it on my left foot 3 nights in a row. It was wonderful. I ended up buying two to wear on both feet every night. I bought a size up because the 16" was too tight and left a red itchy rash on my calves. Since wearing them for a week and finally getting used to wearing them all night, I am I've usually been down 5 times in the morning instead of holding on to railings and walls step by step. During the day I still have pain but not as much as before! I hope this goes away with time. Tip 1: You shouldn't get sick If it hurts you need a size up or one of the straps smaller Tip 2: Give them time to work I took mine off in the middle of the night the first 3 nights it won't work if you don't don't wear it
