You may need an extension

I ended up returning it because of the largest size and needed an extension. I haven't measured in a while but I know it's somewhere around 40DDD or more. It's still pretty tight, but that's a good thing because it keeps my pumps hands-free. I love that the pump holes are right in the middle, unlike other nursing bras that have an open slit on the side. My pumps were always at awkward angles and the flanges weren't priming properly, which reduced my flow since I wasn't fully deflated.
