Very easy to put together - just a few parts that you insert into the fabric perch, with strong suction cups that hold it to the glass. I initially had trouble assembling it because I couldn't find the wire holes (user error). When he got up he was holding up pretty well. The wires holding the outside were different lengths, but I didn't mind as they still hold up well. The fabric is decent but I put a cat bed in to give it a little more softness and they love it (as you can see in the photo). Easy installation but for the price it's hard to ask for more.
