Great, easy platform to manage emails for many clients at once (including multiple domains). I really like how all of my email accounts are in one place as well! The only thing that is not quite great about this program if you need an individualized experience with each client versus your own personal account where they can send personalized messages tailored towards their customer groupings/subscriber lists; however, it works very nicely when managing larger groups. It doesn't have enough customization options so we end up creating new user profiles which leads us back into having more than 1 profile instead of being able to just keep everything under our main business contact or admin level users' profiles. If you're running large clients who want more granular control over messaging then try out Sadecé before going through any other expensive services. Managing several customers from home using software has been much easier now - without needing outside help to do it myself (especially since most of them would rather pay me less money!). I liked that Sadecehosting has great customer support. They are always there for you! They also have a very competitive price structure, which is perfect for small businesses (like our own). There was nothing in particular about this service that I disliked. It was all really good. We're using it to send out emails and newsletters to our clients. This lets us reach them where they spend their time online - their email inboxes.
