The ability for guests or participants from around our organization can connect virtually without having physical presence at an event is wonderful! This allows us as organizers/hosts easier access into remote locations that we wouldn't have been able otherwise attend physically (ie., weather conditions). It also gives those who are unable due distance limitations more opportunities by being connected via video conference instead if attending remotely would be difficult during this time period given COVID 19 concerns about social distancing measures put forth recently - great way still keep people engaged even though they may not all fit together under one roof anymore!!
