I seem to have started with the smart socket first and then the lightbulbs and I can't tell you how much I enjoy setting schedules/programs for some small devices (on smart sockets) and to create voice control via Alexa all I have are light bulbs both standing and total. No more turning the lights on and off, and that's where this cool, smart ceiling fan comes in. I had one of the ugliest ceiling fans made in my bedroom in the 1980s - you know, the one with the stupid, "ornate" lampshades around the fan.yuk base. This smart ceiling fan was a relatively easy replacement with the help of my next door neighbor - I can't do everything myself, but it didn't take long. It's a lot easier to put on than to take off that ugly old one - it must have weighed a ton! Anyway, I discovered it using the Carro app and synced it to Alexa so I can now control it with my voice - wow! I can lie in bed, decide the blade speed is too fast (or slow) and ask Alexa to change the speed. man i love this! I have to say the look of this ceiling fan changed my bedroom as well because it is so modern compared to what I rented and updated my room and style! I'm curious as to how long an LED grow light will last - I have LED grow lights that work strong, but I'm just curious as I'm used to reaching out for a lightbulb from time to time and swapping a blown one in an old one . ceiling fan. But I am very satisfied with the smart fan and am already thinking about my next smart home!
