Really helps with painful swelling
I had painful swelling associated with a torn meniscus and tendonitis. The level of compression in these stockings is just right - not too tight, not too loose - and swelling and pain are visibly reduced. At first I was concerned they might be too hot (I live in the American South), but for thigh-high compression stockings, they are surprisingly tolerant of temperature.
