Although this particular shoe was not at all what we were looking for, the item was replaced with a better model of shoe. I think the size does not match the size. They run a bit small, so order at least half a size. They cannot be compared with famous brand shoes, so please note that they are better used for walking shoes or as an extra pair for the trunk, etc. I think the price is high for shoes as they are, but I will say that the company's customer service department is very helpful and nice. They were quick to respond to messages and very willing to help replace my shoes.
