Woodless pencils. Big thing.

that I bought a few months ago and I have to follow my rule of speaking strengths before weaknesses. I know there are people who buy graphite pencils and rave about them, and there are people who prefer charcoal because it's true black. Well I like graphite and I like a new one too. but I like her. Now, before I talk about banning all those pens. I will say that I found them weak in what they released when I painted with them with no wood and all. I expected a steady flow and I expected watercolor impressions, which disappointed me even more. Also, I didn't understand the need to have 2 copies of the same pencil color when there could be more variety than 2 copies of 6B. I got more impact from the little charcoal pencil and filled many pages with a little water and this pencil, although smaller, still works. My drawing that I am posting here clearly shows the lack of inspiration when working with a new tool. I was hoping for some magic and maybe I could try something from this company, but it wasn't the kind of product that would make me quit firewood anytime soon. However, I've noticed other things and I'm happy to do something about them. I'm sure that in the right hands, these pens will become an artist's dream. I wasn't inspired enough.
