After reading several reviews I wasn't sure how good or bad this keyboard is. Many have said that this is a good portable keyboard for taking quick notes. Others said it's a decent backup product with soft but quiet keys. Very few reviews recommended it as a good simple mobile keyboard for everyday typing. Received today and the packaging was quite extravagant compared to other products. First impression: Easily deformable plastic product. Not impressive at all. Then I started using it. I liked the big letters on the keys. The key size and spacing were decent for my 2 or 3 finger typing style. Although the keys were a bit soft, they worked well with enough travel to know when a letter was typed. The keyboard's weight and thickness match my iPad Mini well. All IOS specific features were present. The bluetooth worked fine. The keyboard layout and arrow key placement were fine. Whilst my first impressions of a plastic product that can warp remain, after a while of use this is certainly an impressive product. Logitech has put a lot of thought into creating such a convenient and portable product and I can't think of any other portable keyboard I've used in years that has made such a positive first impression after a first day of prolonged use . Time will tell if the keyboard is durable enough for my use, or if the battery will last maybe 3 years without issue. For now, however, I strongly recommend this product as a mobile keyboard for everyday typing.
