Half very satisfied half disappointed

I sell calligraphy prints and use this chipboard to keep my prints even and protected. I have already ordered this product twice. I bought 50 the first time and was very happy with the thickness and strength of the board. My work lay flat on this board. The second time I ordered 100 pieces. The color was lighter than the first order, the board is thinner and the board has a curve. My works do not stand straight; it is in a flexed position. A set of 100 seems flimsy compared to a set of 50.
