I really like how this case has worked for me so far. Of course, I'm not going to toss him my $2,000 Surface on purpose, but I have a feeling if I did it would protect it decently. As far as I can tell the footpeg does not flex as some have commented. It lifted my screen protector in the top right corner, but I don't mind that. Definitely worth the money and I'll probably buy it again if I need it - it seems on par with many other more expensive tablet cases. The angled keyboard latch isn't a problem for me; it really doesn't seem to flex or flex and holds it in place quite well. I also put the whole thing in a tote bag. I'm pretty paranoid about ruining expensive things I own.
