This belt was sent from God. Because if you've ever had sciatica, you know that an attack of pain comes out of nowhere and at the worst possible moment. I have other belts but none are as comfortable and helpful for sciatica as this one. One difference between this belt and others is the width. It is not as wide as normal lumbar belts. This makes it very versatile and allows you to position it on your lower back or hips etc. Additional velcro straps on each side allow you to adjust the pressure/stability to your liking.
