Uncomfortable on braces, splints and braces

Splints long enough to immobilize just one joint. Unfortunately, the soft protective fabric is not large enough to completely envelop the finger (I tend to have small fingers). This leaves a portion rubbing against the rough side of the Velcro which causes irritation very quickly.
