Not too happy with customer service. Dart brand new right? Never open right? I don't know how, but my arrows are rusty. I contacted customer service and they apologized for the packaging and handling and, and, and. I've been waiting for these darts for a while so I decided not to press and send them back. I used 400gt sandpaper and steel wool to remove most of the rust but there are still some pits that were very difficult to remove from the board. Lesson learned, I'll get back to you next time. The darts themselves are well balanced and throw well. I'm going to swap out the shafts for spinners as the scrapers don't stay put no matter what you do.
