Pump not working - oral care
This is the second bottle I've bought that doesn't have a pump. I have to pour the contents of the new bottle into the old bottle where the pump is running. The new bottle has a black pump that doesn't pop out when you twist it. The old bottle had a white pump that worked but didn't fit the newly purchased bottle. This happened to the last two bottles I bought. I wrote the company a letter but received no reply.
