Exceeded my expectations for the quality of a Wahl product. For a vibrating massager, it's quiet. At least as quiet as my Sunbeam-Oster massager, which is more than 40 years old. The heads rotate easily and will not fall out. The long handle allows you to reach those places on your back that are inaccessible to other products. The best and the reason I chose it; It has no batteries! Instead it just works every time I turn it on. And it will keep working until you are done with it. This is a remarkable achievement in the modern world, showing that electrical devices that require mandatory charging are an utterly ridiculous concept. Sockets are still ubiquitous. The cord is just the right size and length for my 20 year old Wahl hair clipper cord (which saved hundreds of dollars on haircuts). It's reinforced where it attaches to the device and plug so it should last for many years to come. My only complaint was; it does have a speed dial, but it has to be recessed so it's not as easy to move if it accidentally touches something.
