It took some time to assemble, but when it's complete, it definitely serves its purpose. I had taken one star off because two of the legs are slightly shorter than the other two, and it rocks back and forth when I touch it; which I ultimately don't mind but can still be kind of annoying. I have tiled floors, so I'm guessing this wouldn't be much of an issue on carpeted ones. For reference, I usually hang about eight to ten pieces on the rack, a purse at the side, and use the bottom portion for house plants and a box organizer.
