Stop work before I fully install

I checked before installing as suggested, everything works, started a trial setup, powered on and. NOTHING! he stopped working. All cables checked, no breaks. All connections are fine, it just doesn't work anymore. I will not buy again. Obviously there is an issue with these lights considering I'm not the only one reporting the same issue. to: GOVEE. 12 Months Warranty Or Not, If Product Complaints Received With The Same Problem, You Can Defend Govee Name And Find The Problem. I wouldn't use the same product over and over again or even buy new just because it's covered by a 12 month warranty. If it doesn't last at least a year I won't buy it again. In my case I never fully installed it. but I checked it before installing as suggested in the manual
