Review on LoopVOC by Nick Winnett

I like that it is very easy for customers to leave their thoughts, even if they don't have an account with them. It's also super valuable because you can see what other people are thinking about your product without having to ask them directly! And since it's integrated into our analytics platform, we get tons of data insights from this tool as well. Nothing so far. We've only been using loopvoc for a couple months now, but haven't had any issues or complaints yet. Just be patient when first getting started - there's some learning curve to figure out how everything works together. This is definitely the best way to receive user input in real time. As mentioned above, this helps us monitor trends and gain insight into who is most active online with regards to our products/services (see my previous comment). Most importantly, it gives us direct access to all of our users'.
