Many years ago I sprained my thumb badly. Guess who did it again. I was in pain all the time and couldn't lift anything heavier than a plate. I got this brace, wore it all day and went to bed that night and WOW what a difference. Now I only wear it when I've done too much or just need to rest. This tire definitely saved the day.
