Review on 12 50Gms Moonstone Sterling Silver Jewelry Boys' Jewelry by Joseph Morris

I ordered a silver and amethyst bracelet a month ago. Arrived today in a blank envelope, with a flattened pick sheet (no bubbles). I figured that at least the linked bracelet would ship in a small box, or that it would be securely wrapped for shipping. It's not like this. I carefully took it out of the small plastic bag and the fastener links came out on their own. Then I grabbed the rest of the bracelet and pulled it out. The small silver plugs were broken. Not a bit was found when the package was shaken, leading me to believe that it was already broken when it was put in the envelope. I was really looking forward to seeing it because it matched the ring I wear every day. I'm disappointed and ticked off. I tried to return it and the seller said I would be charged more than the return shipping cost and I am a Prime member. I would give zero stars if I could.
