I have ordered this twice. When the first one arrived I followed the instructions which advised that the device needs to be fully charged before use. The control panel has an indicator light - it lights up red when you plug it into your house socket. The indicator turns blue when fully charged. I charged it fully, pressed every mode switch (pulse, infrared, heating, etc.) - none of the functions worked. So I started fresh - let it charge to full but it doesn't work again. I returned it on credit. And since I like the idea, I ordered another one. He came today. But it's the same. Iy doesn't work either! Requires a full charge (according to indicator light) - but none of the functions work. i will return it I'm done trying. For $60+ there should be better quality control at the manufacturing site in China.
