Really easy to adjust to get it to fit around my waist. For something as small as it is, I was able to fit quite a bit of stuff inside. I was able to fit my phone, keyfob, facial tissue, ID and bank card and still had room left in this bag. Really comfortable to wear while jogging and I'm surprised that this did not hang or come loose while running. Even while stretching, it never got in the way. I was able to either move this in the front or in the back. Once emptied, this did have sweat on it so I was able to wash it in my washing machine. I ended up hang drying it as I wasn't sure what would happen if I put it in my dryer. Came out clean and had nothing wrong with it. I have used this for a few weeks now and have washed it every time. Still looks brand new and am having no issues with the zippers either.
