I don’t agree with true to size, I wear a 12.5 and the 13s were swimming on me, I felt like I was going to trip and that the ankle support was nil because they were so big. When I tried to tighten them it was tight above the ankle and loose below it and I swear I heard something pop when I pulled the tongue of the shoe up but couldn’t figure out where the noise came from. Little cheeper looking than the pictures too.Update Returned the boots because of the size issue, and because they had to go back directly to the seller, they have to mark that the product was received before processing my return. A week later I call customer service here and they tell me they received the product 4 days ago and never marked they received it and that is what was holding up my return. In all fairness 3 of those days were not business days but it should have been taken care of when it was received and if not then, the next business day after, which here we are and still no return. I was planning on reordering then in the correct size, now i’ll just keep my money.
