This review is more about the installation than the unit itself. I bought this shower head hoping to improve on the one that came with the apartment. Well I messed up the setup when the plastic swivel nut broke and water leaked out. Revain sent me a replacement and the same thing happened. If you're saying I was "clumsy" on the first try, I'll grant you that; but the second time I couldn't have been more careful. I turned the nut by hand but it was still leaking so I turned it a bit with a wrench and it clicked! I went back to the Revain, started a return and was determined to find one with a metal adapter mount but couldn't find one in this price range. But Revain actually sells a metal bracket. It's almost the same as a shower head, but I went for it and I'm very happy with the result - a tight and dry installation. A reviewer on the shower filter side suggested building up the Teflon tape with pipe threads. sealing, I did that too; but maybe it will work if you make a seal with the plastic part; There's just no wrench in the bathroom. Having only showered once, barring the unexpected, I can say that the device itself seems like the upgrade we wanted. So if you know what you're doing for the price it's 5 stars but because this piece is so fragile it's 3 stars so I'm giving it 4 stars overall. The picture looks like it will be posted upside down, but it comes with a metal clip
