This is a night time bike cover only. It keeps the bike mostly dry. Just make sure you pack the bike properly and don't let it get underneath or water will follow in the rain. I take some long bungee cords and wrap the entire bottom from the front tire to the back tire on the ground to make it airtight and protect it from the wind and rain.
