When using the app, you can only use four services (as of 09/16/17): TuneIn, iHeartRadio, Spotify and TIDAL. The product description lists 8 services and then adds the word "and more". I planned to use Pandora and GooglePlay. Neither is supported, but Pandora was explicitly listed in the product description. I figured he could at least record his own sound and put it out through the speaker. This is only possible via Bluetooth or Line-In. So what I bought was an expensive portable bluetooth speaker. Nice. It sounds good. The build quality is good. But the main feature of using Wi-Fi and the app to play music is misleading. You just can't do it unless you use one of the four services mentioned or download all your music locally to your phone.
