To be honest I'm shocked, every Sony product I've owned has lasted a long time. I always try to take care of my electronics and be sure they are used properly. Today, on my 32nd day of owning this charger, I charged the battery as usual (currently found at 34% on my A7iii) and to my surprise nothing happened. The indicator light never came on telling me I had power and the battery never charged. Instead of assuming it was broken, I tried a different outlet and even a different cable from a different Sony product. Nothing worked. I'm sure this is a rare occurrence as Sony quality is always top notch, but I'm a bit disappointed to have paid a high price for something that didn't last very long.
