On September 13 at 11:15, the order was placed and then mistakenly canceled. However, within 4 minutes, at 11:19, the same laptop was ordered again and immediately paid for. On schedule, and without a hitch, everything arrived. BUT! First, the pricing was better on AliExpress, and second, I took advantage of a deal that gave me 1,000 AliExpress Plus points for spending more than 5,000 RMB. My question was disregarded and I did not receive any points "After I asked technical support "where are the points? ", I was told that the first order I made via the mobile app was canceled. As a result, you can't save up 1,000 points for a future buy." Thus, I don't get why the canceled order and the action made in response to it should still apply since the original order was given in error. What makes no sense? And, naturally, animosity persisted.
