The product does not work.

This item failed; I've been using it since January 5, order number 1128600944-6022607. The main shaft is loose and not holding the brush head in place. This is not the seller's problem, but the manufacturer has a defective product in this case. If possible, can I get a replacement if I return this item? The product should not break in such a short time. No one else is using this item as I live alone. please let me know what i can do Do I have to return the product to Philips? Thanks in advance for any help. Christine Beck
