Wanted to upgrade all the stereo from my 30 year old Panasonic unit. Today, an AM/FM tuner is as handy as a car stereo. It wasn't like that. It comes with a wire antenna. Like my old alarm clock. It didn't help with acceptance. Maybe that would do in the city, but in the countryside with mountains it was ineffective. I sent this back as a radio is essential for my needs. The speakers were great - these are 15w, mine is only 6w. The cd player worked well. There were a few minor issues when removing the tablet. Probably a little behind the delivery. If so, then everything is fine. The son used his phone through the AUX port and it worked fine. The sound was great again. This device does not have an equalizer. Another reason I chose this unit is that the remote had a volume control and it worked! Other Revain devices had remote controls but no volume controls. The remote control is about the size of a deck of cards, but readable. I haven't tried the cassette yet. Good device, but I badly needed a better tuner.
