I'm a big fan of water repellent fabric shower curtains. PVC shower curtains smell horrible when new, are short lived and release chemicals that are dangerous to me and my pet birds. This is exactly what I was looking for. It is machine washable and made from real polyester fabric. He works as he says he will. Water collects on the surface of the curtain. It gets wet because it's not really waterproof, but all the moisture stays on the curtain and the rest of the bathroom stays dry. The curtain also looks very nice. It is a pure white color with a distinct herringbone pattern. It will look great in almost any bathroom as it is so minimalistic. Not sure what they mean by "reinforced" ring/hook holes as they end up like a buttonhole as pictured. But my last fabric shower curtain lasted more than 6 years and the holes were done the same way so I think they will be ok. I don't think the bottom edge is weighted. This is a very simple pleated hem with no weighted material or even added fabric. I wasn't looking for a weighted hem, I've found that fabric shower curtains tend to stay in place when wet. But I'm demoting the star because not only was this listed with a weighted hem, but the packaging on the curtain itself claimed it had a weighted hem. If I wanted a weighted hem, I'd fret.
