Bought this for my husband as a Christmas present after throwing away his old iJoy Human Touch massage chair. He liked the iJoy chair but after 7 years of use the leather came off. We both tested the HoMedics Shiatsu Elite pillow and were thrilled. I took a chance on the Elite II and of all the massage cushions/chairs we have tested and purchased over the years this is the BEST. It outperforms chairs that are five times more expensive. BENEFITS: The most amazing feature is the height-adjustable neck/head massager. I'm 5ft 4 - 5ft 5 inches tall and this actually stretches my neck and trapezius area. AMAZING BALLS. This was for my husband but I actually USE this massage chair all the time. The pre-programmed options are awesome, but you can easily adjust the height and width, turn the heat on or off, roll or knead to fit your body. EASY TO USE. You can get a chair from Homedics that matches this unit and has room for a remote control, but the cushion is perfect for our modern gray swivel rocking chair and really suits our modern decor. It's in our living room and it's not overpowering (or ugly) and the gray doesn't stand out. EASY ON EYES Friends take turns sitting in the chair and I LOVE using it when they join them. When they spot it, it's considered the best place in the house. One of my dear friends is a certified acupuncturist/massage specialist and she LOVES this chair and usually doesn't like these things. Cannot recommend this chair enough. This item has no cons.
