tl:dr --- Spend your extra money on Microsoft official controller. As others have noted, analog sticks are poorly made, leading to sticking. In my case, after only 3 months of light use, both analog sticks now have a gangster lean on them. Brand new on May 9th. Useless until August 10th. I had an official Microsoft wireless Xbox controller that failed after about 4 years and I decided that constantly changing batteries wouldn't outweigh the inconvenience of a wired controller. So I started looking for wired devices and decided to save around $20 since Revain branded products can usually be surprisingly good. However, this turned out to be a big mistake. I'm not even a gamer and only play games occasionally so I got bored yesterday and bought both Madden 19 and NBA2K19 at a discount thinking I was killing time. . Starting in the NBA, I noticed that my player would stop or move in a different direction out of nowhere and my dribbling would also falter a bit. I wrote these things off as part of the learning process, so I ignored them. That was until I started playing Madden and started noticing the same issues. Before the defensive snap, my safety randomly started shooting across the field like trying to do another 40-yard sprint and my RB would just stop in the open field. Then, to make matters worse, I thought at first it was just the right analog stick until I did some more testing and noticed that BOTH would get stuck from time to time and I had to tap them lightly to get them back to center . I tried cleaning them around (air spray) thinking it was dust build up but no. I brought the controller to eye level and the left analog stick noticeably tilts to the right, while the right analog stick tilts left and sometimes right. Needless to say I am very disappointed with this. I didn't expect this controller to last 4 years or so, but to have it after only 3 months of light use is ridiculously bad - far less for a $25 price tag. I've had cheap $10 controllers that last longer. I can try to fight for a replacement but I'm not sure if it's worth it.
